Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services:
Vaani Wellness Clinic provides in-clinic and at-home physiotherapy,
occupational therapy, and nursing care. Services are designed to assist
clients with rehabilitative and therapeutic needs.
2. Booking and Cancellations:
- Appointments can be scheduled or canceled via phone or through the
user dashboard (if registered). - Rescheduling requests are accepted if the client contacts us at least 24
hours prior to the appointment.
3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy:
- No advance payment is required for booking, so no refunds are issued for
cancellations. Appointments may be rescheduled upon request. For mid-treatment cancellations, no refunds will be issued. Full refunds,
minus any preparation costs, are provided if treatment has not yet
started.
4. Client Responsibilities:- Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure
to disclose relevant medical history (e.g., surgeries, previous injuries) may
limit the eƯectiveness of the therapy and the safety of services provided. - Clients are required to inform the clinic of any cancellations or
rescheduling needs at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Privacy and Data Usage:
- We respect and protect the confidentiality of client data, which is
securely stored and shared only with authorized third parties (e.g.,
insurance providers or doctors) when necessary for treatment purposes.
6. Hours of Operation:
- Clinic Hours: 7 am – 7 pm, daily.
- Home Visit Hours: 6 am – 9 pm, daily.
7. Geographic Reach:
Vaani Wellness oƯers at-home care services within a broad geographic
area, with no specific location restrictions.
8. Liability:
- The clinic is not liable for unanticipated outcomes due to undisclosed
medical histories. Any harm arising from the client’s failure to provide
accurate health information is solely the client's responsibility. - Vaani Wellness Clinic, its employees, and aƯiliates will not be held
responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
resulting from the use of our services.
